but he's getting a bit old to do those dangerous stunts forever...unfortunately he has more of less left hollywood....back in Hong Kong and China...bigger market i suppose.
jackie chan rocks!!! i remember reading that he'd like to become a traditional leading man-- romantic and all. i don't know if we're ready to see him that way, but once/if we do, it'll sure be a sign of progress for asian actors. cheers.
Liz: He really does alot of charity work also but that's rarely mentioned. I believe he donated $$ for an Alzhimer's wing of a hospital in CA.
Jeane: I know. I'd run off with him in a heartbeat!
Black Feline: Yes, I read that in his last movie he had stunt doubles. Well, he's certainly done his time in the action dept. No sense putting himself at risk when other people are able to do it. I think Asian countries have more loyalty to someone like Chan. Americans cast a celebrity out quickly for being too old, making one bad movie, etc.
Zube girl: Well, that's true, isn't it?
Chanchow: When I saw Jet Li in "The One" the main character (Li) had a Caucasian wife. I thought that was progress for the movies, and would love to see Chan get a similar role.

He is one class act. Such a nice guy.
I must admit to having a bit of a crush on him...

There's ALWAYS a good reason to buy beer, I say!
